Trumansburg, NY 14886

Become part of a thriving new neighborhood in the Village of Trumansburg. This building lot, on all municipal services, is located across the street from the Trumansburg Community Nursery School and the local historical society. This lot permits a single family home, though the lot next door his also listed for sale, and your family and besties can build their own home there. There is no owner occupancy requirement on either of these lots. Architect/developer Claudia Brenner has drawn several designs that can be adapted for your dream home; see them in the attachments. She is willing to meet w/potential buyers to refine designs, introduce reliable contractors, & develop construction budgets. Buyers can also bring their own architects and builders. Other lots in Village Grove are available, and all are walking distance to public schools, Main St shops, & great restaurants. All homes must be built on slab. All municipal services avail, though no natural gas in this development. No income restrictions, or homeowners' association and no requirement for flood insurance.
